Lori has been a member of the nosework community since 2012, competing in NACSW, PSD, and AKC with her beloved Miniature Pinscher, Aspen.
In 2025, Lori began offering private and small group nosework lessons in South and Central New Jersey. She found working on the other side of the start line to be incredibly fulfilling, so much so that she began apprenticing to become an AKC Scent Work Judge. Lori will receive her AKC certification in 2026.
Lori is Staten Island Companion Dog Training Club’s newest instructor, teaching their Nosework Foundation classes. Lori also offers private nosework lessons at Best Friends Dog Training in Toms River, NJ.
Lori recently established her business, Aspen Scent Work. She’s thrilled to honor her dog by sharing their joy for a sport that enriched their lives immeasurably.
